Precision Strip believes that associates should have the opportunity to enjoy time away from work to help balance their lives and provide flexibility to manage unexpected personal life circumstances.  Precision Strip recognizes that associates have diverse needs for time away from work and has established this paid time off (PTO) policy to meet those needs.  PTO promotes a flexible approach to time off.  PTO can be requested for reasons that require you to be away from work.

Standard PTO accrued per year in the table below assumes you are working your standard schedule.
